There is no design fee for a design that already exists.
But for all custom designs we charge $60 per hour. Generally the cost is less than $30 if it just involves changing something that has been previously designed. Of course the time increases with the complexity of the project.
All custom designed orders must be approved by the customer before the order is considered final. When the design proof is approved, Dream Designs is no longer responsible for any errors in misspellings or omissions.
Normal lead time is approximately 30 days. Our procedure typically gets a design proof to the customer within 14 days after the order was received. After the design proof is approved the product is generally delivered within 14 days. (some exceptions apply)
We also offer rush service for a flat fee of $60 or 10%, whichever is greater. Your job will be prioritized to be complete in half the normal time. If we do not get it designed & shipped within 14 days, the rush fee will be waived.
Yes, all our products come with a limited 1 year warranty. This includes but is not limited to manufacturing or shipping defects. Any incidents caused by improper handling by the customer or imprudent care is solely on the buyer.
Yes, we offer both physical and digital gift cards in various amounts. Physical gift cards can be purchased in-store or online and shipped to the recipient, while digital gift cards are sent instantly via email. Both types can be used for online and in-store purchases.
